6/22/10 (ArgusLeader.com news article): South Dakota’s highway safety office hopes to raise awareness about the dangers of texting and driving, a problem which has the “potential to get out of hand,” according to one state official.
A 30-second public service announcement will start airing on numerous television stations in South Dakota beginning this week.
